Mike Janko, President, CEA®. Mike Janko is the founder of the National Association of Financial and Estate Planning (www.nafep.com), and was President of that organization until forming AE-Trust. At NAFEP he did the primary R & D of NAFEP estate planning programs, products and services. Mr. Janko developed and wrote NAFEP's acclaimed Certified Estate AdvisorSM (CEA®) training and certification program. He has written dozens of in-depth publications, articles and research papers about trust and estate planning. Mr. Janko is personally sought out on a regular basis for speaking engagements, and by attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and media outlets from across the U.S. for in-depth consulting and information on trust and estate planning.

Mr. Janko has personally assisted and provided consultation to hundreds of estate planning clients, attorneys, title companies and financial institutions with the widest possible range of trust activities, including: Execution, funding, administration, document creation, document review, transfers of property into and out of trust, mortgaging trust real estate, opening and administering bank and investment accounts, tax planning and reporting, amending, final settlement, replacing trustees, defending lawsuits against trusts, etc. A large number of clients brought their own attorney and/or CPA into their estate planning process and the concerns and requests of every one of these were satisfied.



William R. Pearcy, Vice President and General Counsel, Attorney at Law, J.D., CEA®. Mr. Pearcy earned a Bachelor of Science in political science & history at Eastern Illinois University, and his J.D. at Memphis State University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. 7th Court of Appeals and various U.S. district courts. He spent eight years as State's Attorney (prosecutor and county general counsel) in Washington County, Illinois. He ran an independent law practice for 26 years which specialized in estate planning and taxation. Mr. Pearcy spent 3 years as Senior Corporate Counsel for a Nevada firm which served a large client base in estate and business planning, tax counsel and tax return preparation.
